Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will evaluate live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in written form from home or while traveling.

The role offers flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs, with compensation up to $18 per hour plus incentives. Applicants from multiple countries are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Clear decision making when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming and replaying to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Providing English explanations detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
