Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain choices clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, motion issues, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions, then writing a concise explanation of what you observed.
