Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Ability to explain judgments concisely in writing.
Comfortable speaking and thinking on your feet in natural conversations.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
Inspect outputs closely, zoom in, and spot problems like artifacts or mismatches.
Write a specific English explanation pointing to observed issues.
