Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all remotely on your schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, identifying issues such as artifacts or mismatches, and producing concise explanations. The role supports flexible hours and global participation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness;
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better;
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy or mismatched audio;
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English supporting the choice.
