Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images/videos to prompts, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs for adherence and quality, describing issues in writing, and providing clear, evidence-based feedback in English. Flexible hours and remote work available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze audio-visual content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatches.
• Write explanations in English that point to what you observed.
