Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities include comparing imagery and video pairs, rating adherence, quality, and realism, and producing concise evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
