Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rate live conversations with AI voice models, and describe what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, note flaws like distorted motion or audio mismatches, and provide written explanations to help improve the systems. Flexible, home-based work worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on material
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Comfortable making clear decisions when there are flaws

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge which follows instructions better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or unsynced audio.
• Provide written explanations in English describing what looked or sounded off and why.
