Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on your own schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, in writing, to help improve AI performance.

Work remotely with flexible hours and weekly payments. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with paid incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and focus to replay/zoom in on prompts.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
Open to applicants from multiple countries including US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
Writing concise explanations in English detailing what was observed.
