Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and weekly payments.

You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and improve by providing clear, written feedback and scoring across multiple dimensions in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank outputs by naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write concise English explanations pointing to observed issues.
