Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD per hour, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and free access to leading LLMs to support your evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, natural written and spoken communication.
• Great attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
