Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what went wrong, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

You’ll rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, describe your reasoning in English, and assist the evaluation loop that helps advance AI systems. Earn up to $18/hr with remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural speech.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Eligible applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, US.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flicker, or mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a focused English explanation.
