Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, comparing generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

You will rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and provide concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear they sound.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, motion, or audio-text mismatches; providing written explanations in English.
