Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-produced images and videos to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by offering precise, written explanations and assessments of outputs, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, misalignment, or artifacts.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to what was observed.
