Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Pay is up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments and additional incentives. Access to leading LLMs is provided, and work can be done from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot errors like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Writing explicit explanations in English detailing observations.
