Outlier is offering remote, flexible hours for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD/hr and gain free access to leading LLMs. Responsibilities include ranking outputs by naturalness and usefulness, providing written explanations, and collaborating with the evaluation loop to improve AI performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable speaking in realistic, everyday conversational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text/audio mismatches, and provide written explanations.
