Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible-hours position. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what is off, contributing to real-world AI improvements.

Freelance, 1099 contract work with weekly payments and pay up to $15 per hour. Applicants from listed countries including the United States are welcome to join the Outlier evaluation team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
