Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely from home. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness and usefulness, and compare image/video prompts against outcomes.

You will also write concise explanations of issues observed to help improve AI performance. Responsibilities include evaluating audio-visual outputs, identifying artifacts or mismatches, and delivering clear, evidence-based feedback on prompts and results.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to describe observations clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts, inaccuracies, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
