Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write concise explanations of what looks off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

You’ll review images, audio, and video, rate them on adherence and quality, and help improve frontier AI systems. This is a freelance 1099 opportunity with remote eligibility and weekly pay via common methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural, conversational ways.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
