Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You’ll review outputs, rate adherence and realism, and provide written explanations to guide improvements, all on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
