Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely on your own schedule.

Contributors evaluate images, videos, and audio, providing evidence-based explanations to help improve AI systems, with pay and flexible hours for work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain judgments clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
