Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and keen attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have, and applicants from multiple countries are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations conversationally.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
