Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain issues in writing to help improve AI performance.

All tasks are remote with weekly payments. Applicants from the US are welcome, with earnings up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for all tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific English explanation of what was seen or heard.
