Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model and rate how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds, while writing precise explanations of what looked or sounded off.

This is a remote role with flexible hours and weekly payments. As part of Outlier’s evaluation network, you will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing careful, evidence-based feedback across images,

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rate each output on adherence, quality, and realism, then provide a concise, written explanation in English.
