Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You’ll review outputs, score them across dimensions, and write concise explanations to support improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and talk through realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, text errors, and mismatched audio.
• Writing clear English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
