Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media as part of a remote, flexible program. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with payment per hour and additional incentives based on project needs.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr plus incentives. Work from home or while traveling, with paid weekly options and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to assess issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and useful the responses are.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a written explanation.
