Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, judge adherence to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Contributors help shape AI understanding by providing targeted feedback. Earn up to $18/hour, with flexible hours and access to leading LLMs, plus additional incentives through Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural and clear each sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs carefully (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rate each output across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and write a specific English explanation of what you saw.
