Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring exchanges, and explaining in writing what looks off.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with the potential to earn up to $15 USD/hour plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to look and listen closely and replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality and realism and writing a specific explanation in English.
