Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own terms.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to articulate precise explanations. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with pay up to $15/hr and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Excellent written explanations and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing clear English explanations that point to what was seen or heard.
