Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what went wrong in writing, helping improve AI systems in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English that point to observed issues.
