Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, identifying issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, and writing concise explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard. Remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts more closely.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch and note findings.
• Write a precise English explanation pointing to observed problems and improvements.
