Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rate outputs and provide written explanations in English detailing observed issues.
