Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. You will review outputs to help frontier research turn into AI that performs better in the real world.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write English explanations describing what was off.
