Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.
• Excellent written explanations and reviews.
• Quick thinking and good decision making under limited information.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment, then reporting findings in writing.
