Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt best, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to explain findings in writing with clarity.
• Capable of deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write concise explanations in English highlighting observed issues.
