Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-created images and videos, judge adherence to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across dimensions like naturalness, usefulness, and realism, with weekly payments and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
