Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and judge which ones follow prompts more accurately. You will explain what looked off in writing to help improve AI systems.

Work is remote with flexible hours. Pay starts at competitive rates and scales with expertise, with weekly payments and access to leading language models and tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss real-world scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Provide a reasoned, written explanation for each assessment in English.
