Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs for naturalness and adherence, and explain discrepancies in writing.

Work remotely on a flexible schedule and get paid weekly. The role involves evaluating images, videos, and audio, with tasks spanning caption labeling, quality judgments, and prompt adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the US.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/text, by zooming in and replaying.
• Write a concise explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
