Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write concise explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve by providing precise evaluations and actionable feedback. Earn up to $18 per hour with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality and realism, then explaining findings in writing.
