Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to improvements in real-world performance through Outlier’s evaluation feedback loops. Remote work, hourly pay, and global applicability underpin the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
