Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and provide written explanations of issues from home on your schedule.

Role helps shape AI systems by feeding evaluation feedback, on a freelance basis with flexible hours and remote work options. Eligible countries include the United States and several others.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversation.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail during reviews.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions aloud.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear explanation in English.
