Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, conducting live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating image, video and audio outputs. You will rank performance, explain discrepancies in writing, and work remotely on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and able to provide clear, evidence-based explanations. Remote work offers flexibility and access to top AI tools on demand.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on subtle cues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
• Engaging in image, video, and audio evaluations to provide clear, actionable feedback.
