Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will roleplay with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve for real-world use. Eligible applicants from multiple countries can participate with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot errors like distorted visuals or audio-text mismatches.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
