Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what was off in writing, all from a remote setup on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and capable of clear written explanations. The role offers flexible hours, access to leading LLMs, and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise, English-language explanation detailing what was seen or heard and why a choice was made.
