Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts more accurately, and explain in writing what was off.

Your work helps improve AI reasoning and performance in real-world tasks. This is a remote, freelance contract with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of AI media outputs.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distortions or misalignment between audio and video.
• Rate each output across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism and write a clear English explanation of what was observed.
