Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing written explanations in English. This opportunity helps shape AI systems and their real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely and noting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific English explanation that points to what was seen or heard.
