Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. Work remotely on your own schedule, with weekly pay and incentives based on project needs.

The role emphasizes careful observation, ability to describe issues clearly, and making decisions even when both options have flaws. Prior experience with reviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
