Alignerr Corp. invites seasoned public health professionals to join as a Health Policy & Management AI Content Specialist.

This remote contract role leverages MPH-level expertise to challenge, evaluate, and improve AI systems’ understanding of population health, epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy. You'll design advanced public health scenarios, author ground-truth solutions, and audit AI outputs for accuracy and bias.

Qualifications

• MPH or MSPH degree required.
• Knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
• Ability to translate complex health data into clear, accurate content.
• High attention to detail when assessing statistical significance, data citations, and intervention logic.
• No prior AI or data annotation experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create advanced, real-world challenges involving disease outbreak simulations and health equity assessments to test AI understanding.
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step expert responses synthesizing peer-reviewed research and guidelines.
• Audit AI-Generated Health Content — Evaluate outputs for accuracy, bias, and ethical public health standards.
• Refine AI Reasoning — Provide feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation and communicate risks clearly.
