Job summary

CTG is seeking a Technical Consultant – AI Integration & Agent Automation for a remote, 3-month engagement. You will build AI agents and automated workflows using ICA, WXO, watsonx, and OpenAI, with focus on RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and data prep.

Responsibilities cover API integration, workflow orchestration, observability, tuning based on pilot feedback, and maintaining prompts and knowledge slices. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and refine AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows.
• Develop AI agents for idea parsing, assumption extraction, partner matching, and pilot planning.
• Create and optimize prompt templates, guardrails, and RAG workflows.
• Prepare RAG context packs and vector schemas using topic, source, and timestamp.
• Configure connectors and scripts for agent actions and workflow automation.
• Establish data sourcing, ingestion, cleansing, masking, and preparation processes.
• Perform human-in-the-loop QA and tune agents based on pilot feedback.
• Maintain agent artifacts, prompt libraries, RAG knowledge slices, QA results, and tuning documentation.
• Support API integration, workflow orchestration, observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
