Job summary

CTG seeks an Enterprise AI Solutions Architect to design and implement AI architectures for a client in New York. The role focuses on watsonx Orchestrate, multi-agent systems, secure integrations, and scalable enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities include building AI services with Python and FastAPI, defining governance, and ensuring seamless UX for technical and non-technical users. This is a 12-month engagement in New York, NY, with an emphasis on enterprise readiness and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI architectures and agent-based solutions.
• Experience integrating AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, workflows, and third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of scalable, secure, enterprise-ready AI solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI solutions using IBM watsonx Orchestrate, multi-agent architectures, and AI agents.
• Architect secure, scalable integrations with business applications, workflows, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Design seamless user experiences supporting both technical and non-technical users.
• Define agent styles, orchestration patterns, roles, access controls, integrations, and enterprise governance.
• Develop and support AI services and integrations using Python and FastAPI.
• Coordinate solution testing, including test case generation and validation across enterprise workflows.
