Prime Intellect, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers deploying open superintelligence infrastructure.

You will manage customer success across training and inference workflows, ensure reliability, and collaborate with Sales on capacity expansion. You will read dashboards, discuss performance with customer ML teams, and translate needs into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or adjacent roles at infrastructure, cloud, or AI/ML companies.
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable reading dashboards and discussing infrastructure with customer teams.
• Strong commercial instincts — CS is a revenue function and enables expansion alongside technical outcomes.
• Deep customer empathy with high judgment — advocate for customers while aligning with business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially for complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end — adoption, retention, expansion, and health.
• Build deep relationships with technical and executive stakeholders at each customer.
• Drive outcomes: faster time-to-value on workloads, scalable usage, and meaningful expansion.
• Understand customers’ training and inference workloads at a technical level.
• Partner with engineering teams on capacity planning, workload optimization, and migration.
• Translate customer needs into clear, prioritized feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
